During the night, we got some ice. At 5:30am, James gently delivered the news that schools were closed. Ironically, Snowbird was supposed to visit Leah's school today! Starting around 7:30, it snowed. First it was hardly a flurry, then we had big fat flakes for hours. Leah couldn't wait to get out and play in it. (I promise she was only out a couple of minutes, and turned down my repeated requests for her to put on a coat!)
It was enough for 3 servings of snow cream!
Poppy must have had a simultaneous brain freeze and paw freeze! (Leah's shot)
